SCOPE OF WORK

This assignment involved a detailed evaluation of several critical components of Walmart’s parking lots, including:

1. Asphalt Surfaces:

   • Conducted a visual inspection of all asphalt surfaces to assess pavement conditions.

   • Identified and documented defects such as cracks, potholes, rutting, and surface wear, which could impact usability and lifespan.

2. Concrete Features:

   • Inspected curbs, sidewalks, and concrete pads for structural integrity, surface damage, and safety compliance.

   • Highlighted deficiencies that could pose hazards to vehicles and pedestrians.

3. Pavement Drainage Systems:

   • Evaluated the efficiency of drainage systems, including grading and catch basins, to identify areas prone to water pooling or erosion.

   • Recommended improvements to prevent damage from water infiltration and freeze-thaw cycles.
